To whet the whistle and warm you up for the weekend of festivities, we’ll be gathering for a drink at our wonderful local bar, Bar Piki, the night before the main event. It should provide just enough Dutch courage to tackle the steep, single-track mountain roads. Expect a relaxed, local atmosphere with tapas, good wine, and easy conversation. This is a totally optional warm-up, but it’s a very small (and very charming) spot, so if you think you might join us, please let us know — it’ll help them cater accordingly and keep the drinks flowing.

The 'Wedding Evening

Dress code: Light, natural summer attire — linens, chinos, and relaxed summer dresses

This is the night we’ve all been waiting for. As the mountains catch the last of the light, there will be delicious canapés, a short and heartfelt ceremony (we promise), stations offering local Andalusian food and flowing wine. Live music will carry us into the evening as the sun slips away, the pool shimmers, and the warm mountain air wraps around a gathering of wonderful people. Gentle, joyful, and a little bit wild — a night made for celebrating together beneath the stars.

Pool Party

Dress code: Cossies and Kaftans

The morning after, we’ll ease gently back into the world with a laid-back recovery pool party. After all, a wedding isn’t truly a wedding without a proper debrief — so dig out your cossies and join us by the pool. We’ll be topping up your system with some relaxed drinks, cool water, sunshine, good music and tostadas— the perfect combination for rehydrating, reminiscing, and stretching the celebration just a little longer.

We completely understand that some of you may be hopping on a flight home, so please know this is very much optional.
